Return Policy We strive
for 100% customer satisfaction for the products we sell. If you are dissatisfied
with any item upon receipt you may return it unused and/or unopened within seven
days for a credit or refund. Defective items must be returned within thirty days
of date on invoice. Videos (VHS and DVD) are returnable only if the package seal
is unbroken. We will replace defective videos with like item. Shipping charges

Shipping Information
Our
primary shipping method is UPS, as they provide tracking and shipping
notification. We charge the minimum shipping fees that we can and still cover
our costs. The increase in gas prices has had a significant affect on the costs
of shipping.
We will
ship to PO Box, APO, and FPO addresses, and the special rates given apply only
to those addresses. If
orders shipped to these addresses are not delivered there is no way to locate
them, and we will not replace these lost orders at our expense. Too many
shipments have been lost for us to guarantee delivery when there is no tracking.
The US Postal Service will not look for a lost package until 30 days has passed.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is much more expensive so special rates exist for them. We will ship by
Priority Mail to those addresses to save customers money, if they do not want to
pay for UPS delivery.
We ship Monday through Friday, except on postal and UPS holidays. 10 AM MST is our
standard cut off time for shipments. We ship most orders within 24 hours, except
those received after 10 AM MST Friday and during the weekend and on holidays.
International Orders
Shipments to countries other than the Continental USA require International shipping rates.
International orders will likely be subject to local importation taxes and fees, such as VAT in Europe. International orders may be held or seized by customs in your country. We cannot be held responsible for lost International shipments that do not have tracking, or that are seized in your country. Long delays can occur in the delivery of international orders. We have no control over this.
